2. Products

We specialize in natural gemstones, including cut and uncut zircons. Due to the natural origin of gemstones, variations in color, clarity, inclusions, size, and appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Slight deviations due to lighting, screen calibration, or natural characteristics of gemstones may occur.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in US Dollar and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of order placement is binding.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy.

5.1 Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

5.2 Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • The gemstone must be undamaged, unaltered, and not reset or modified

  • Certificates (if included) must be returned

  • Secure packaging is required

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@finezircon.com within 14 days of receipt. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5.4 Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Exclusions from Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-cut or personalized gemstones

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Returns made after the 14-day return period

7. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon full payment. Risk passes upon dispatch of the goods to the shipping carrier.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fine Zircons shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

9. Authenticity & Disclosure

We guarantee that all gemstones sold are accurately described to the best of our knowledge. Treatments, enhancements, or origin disclosures (if applicable) are stated in the product description.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Fine Zircons and may not be used without prior written consent.
