Shipping Schedule & Process

Due to logistical limitations, direct international shipping from Cambodia is currently not available. To overcome this, all orders are carefully consolidated and transported to Thailand or Vietnam, where they are dispatched using established and trusted international postal services.

This batching and routing process is a deliberate choice and allows us to use proven and reliable international shipping network and keep shipping costs fair, transparent, and predictable

Each gemstone is securely packaged and handled with care throughout the entire process. Once your order has been dispatched from Thailand or Vietnam, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery online.

Please note that the total delivery time includes order placement and preparation, consolidation and transport to the shipping hub and international shipping to your destination. While this approach may require a little more patience, it enables us to deliver your gemstone safely, responsibly, and with full transparency.
